I have been taking my 912 to Modderman's shop since it was new in 1969. Have been very pleased with the results and just had the engine rebuilt and as always very happy with the result.

Been coming to this place for 5+ years, based on Porsche online recommendationsw and WOW, do Dave, Steve & team really know their stuff. Their commitment to customer success is unparalleled - in one case, hunting down a critical part for my 1990 Porsche, that any other place would have said, "Sorry...". They just really CARE about you, your car and getting you back behind the wheel and at an affordable and fair price. They work 10X faster than anyone else, because they have that domain expertise that others claim to have, but don't. So labor costs are fair and faster than you might otherwise see. Most importantly, they remember their customers names, and build meaningful relationships with them. I think every service company ought to take a page from Modderman and how it's done not just right, but GREAT. Absolutely love these guys. I just wish I lived closer to them -- it's a 30 min drive for me to get to them, but I wouldn't have anyone else put their hands on my Porsches.

I recently acquired a 2004 911 Carrera and had to install a new heat pump, do maintenance and repair a damaged control unit due to rodents chewing wires and shorting the unit. Modderman figured out the lowest cost approach to fixing everything, communicated clearly, and were extremely professional and creative in problem solving (without having to send for parts from Germany / 5 week delay, etc). Highly recommend this shop!

I would definitely recommend Modderman. I brought in a 1996 911 with various issues, and they quickly diagnosed and fixed the problems. They also provided great service.

Dave is the man. My Porsche’s battery was dead, and he hopped on the phone with me while he was at a party and walked me through the process of opening the front trunk and jumping it when there was no power. Highly recommend
